THE ART OF PRICING A HOME
Each member of the Charleston Luxury Group is certified in pricing luxury real estate. With luxury properties, there's more to consider than simply price per square foot. From interior finishes to lifestyle amenities, luxury home buyers are looking for and willing to pay for excellence. Locations such as historic downtown Charleston, beach-front property, marsh views, or deep water access, all affect a property's value as does the supply of homes available. Local market knowledge is critical in ensuring your home is priced correctly to sell.
Staging a luxury home properly means the difference between a successful sale, (ie; lower days on the market and higher list to sales price,) or a listing that is ignored, allowing it to become stagnant. The members of the Charleston Luxury Group have the experience and know the staging techniques that cause the property to sell. In fact, 81% of buyers state that it is easier to visualize a staged property as their future home versus an un-staged home.
selling a home. not just listing it.
Every home has a story. The Charleston Luxury Group works collectively to tell YOUR home’s story through expert marketing. From print advertising to social media, our priority is to maximize your home’s exposure, so your home’s story has the perfect ending.
a picture speaks a thousand words
Compelling photography captures the essence of each home. As luxury agents, we spend hours having our homes professionally photographed to ensure that no detail goes unnoticed. Lifestyle and aerial videos can also be used to enhance the story of each property and its desirable amenities. We want buyers to fall in love with your home before they even walk through the door.
